Business hours

Calls outside this window are flagged after hours and get the surcharge above. The start time counts as normal hours; the end time counts as after hours. Applies every day — you can still tick or untick after hours on any individual job.

Service type fees

Each service has a heavy duty and a light duty rate; which pair a job uses is set by the Duty class field on the job itself. Both started out equal, so light duty charges the same as heavy until you change it here.

"First" applies once per job — to the first tire worked on, whatever the service. Every tire after that on the same job bills its own service's "Additional" rate, even when it's different work (a repair after a replacement is still the second tire of one visit). Fuel delivery and jump start are a flat fee per visit and sit outside this.
